FUNDRAISERS

The Current is dedicated to support the fundraisers and benefits that are directly connected to the members of the band, and our fans.  However, it is impossible for us to honor all these requests. As such, and before we can commit to your event, we ask that you please answer the following questions in the order they are provided below.  Please know that The Current does not support fundraisers where they are the only, or the primary, professional service donating their resources.

Please be as detailed as possible:

1. Please list the date, time and location of the benefit/special event, and how long you are requesting The Current to perform.

2. Is a professional sound system provided?  If so, by whom (another band, or professional sound company)?

3. Tell us a little bit about you, your organization, or the family/individual in need of financial supports, and how the monies raised will be used.  For organizations, please include your mission, history, programs, and whether or not your organization is not-for-profit, as defined in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  For individuals, please explain why there is a need for financial support (limited or lack of insurance coverage).

4. Please indicate how you, your organization, or the family/individual in need of financial supports is affiliated with The Current.  Please list the individuals whose names we might recognize and indicate where they've seen us perform.

5. Has there been support from the general public regarding this cause, or business/corporate sponsorships, and has there been any media/press coverage indicating such?  If so, please list.

6. Which other entertainment venues have agreed to donate their time and talents for your cause?

7. Which other professional services to be utilized at your benefit/special event have donated their time and services for your cause (liquor, food, hall, sound/PA, etc.)?

8. Please list all professional services to be utilized at your benefit/special event that are being compensated (liquor, food, hall, sound/PA, etc.)

9. How can The Current make a difference in the outcome of your benefit/special event?

10. Please list your name, as well as a daytime and evening telephone number where we can contact you with questions regarding this request.

Please submit this questionnaire with your answers in an email message to info@partywiththecurrent.com. Decisions are made based on the responses given, and the availability of The Current.  Please allow us one week to review all responses.
